Pia is a Lagoon 440, the catamaran that launched the shipyard to success. It is no doubt due to its comfort and stable sailing as well as its great quality of construction. It consists of 4 double bedrooms with private bathroom, a saloon, external cockpit, flybridge and the marvelous bow nets. There are also 2 outer berths for the crew.

Pia is well sorted for short or long stays. With a major refit in 2017 the experience is that of a new Lagoon 440 catamaran. Between all elements there was a complete revision of all engines, electrical equipment, water system and safety equipment.

There are 4 double rooms each with its individual bathroom with shower. There is enough space to sleep comfortably specially in stern rooms with 1,6m per 2,0m beds.

The saloon is magnificent with an almost 360 view on the horizon. The main place is occupied with a dinette table fit for every person in the boat. As entertainment equipment you will find a TV (new 2018) and music equipment. The stereo accepts USB, Aux, CD, MP3 and plays music onto 10 speakers around the boat that can be selected. There is a handy 4xUSB charger so most of crew can charge phones and electronics simultaneously.

Besides the table you may appreciate the chart table space with navigation equipment. Navigation equipment includes Raymarine plotter with radar, wind and autopilot command as well as a remote engine throttle. There is a fixed VHF as well as 2 handy waterproof VHFs that make it easy to communicate between crew members, especially when they are split on board and on land.

The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure a hassle free cooking experience. It includes dishes, glasses and cutlery for 12 people. This year 2 brand new fridges and 1 freezer ensure you preserve your meal in perfect conditions, and cool your sodas and beers for balearic summer.

Exiting the saloon you arrive to the exterior cockpit, probably where you will enjoy the best relaxing aftersun moments. Is fits all crew and is topped with a hard roof to keep the shade. In this space there is a basin and the third fridge, very handy. The cushions are brand new in 2018 (not the ones shown on photo).

The fly bridge is covered with a bimini to get some shade when under way. At this position you can find a Raymarine touchscreen plotter, wind and depth instruments as well as autopilot command. The autopilot can also be remote controlled. You can control anchor winch from this position as well. All of sail controls are redirected to this place, that accounts with 4 winches, one of which is electrical driven to help main up.

The forward deck is where you will mostly enjoy the sun. One of the features of Pia is that the nets are lay-friendly, that is to say you will not get your back marked when sun bathing on them. There is plenty of space to enjoy. A hammock can be fitted between mast and forestay. There are 2 loudspeakers there so the good tunes are near you. A deck wash hose can be fitted to rinse deck or distracted friends. The anchor winch is adequately hidden so that maneuvering gear is not mixed with enjoyment.

The dinghy is a brand new 2018 Highfield light 3,1m long, powered with a 10HP Honda engine. It can be lowered and raised using an electrical winch so that effort is minimized. The stern holds space for a bathing ladder, and two steps above a fresh water shower to rinse the sea salt after the swim.

For water entertainment you will enjoy floating cushions, as well as stand up paddle board, inflatable 2 person kayak, and snorkeling equipment including finns.
